Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after shipment) are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Packaging
Each order is thoughtfully packaged to reflect the care and craftsmanship of the piece inside. Items are protected to prevent damage during transit while maintaining a simple, elegant presentation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. However, if your package appears to be lost, please reach out and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
